I had an absolute nightmare dealing with Sydney Water regarding a storm water pipe in my backyard. They were so vague and confusing. I was recommended Jay from 1CCTV from my plumber, let me just say he was heaven sent, he was able to complete a report that was requested, explained everything in clear and simple terms, and all this after just two days. He persevered where other would’ve given up. I never thought cctv of a sewer system could turn out to be so interesting and intricate. Jay is always a pleasure to work with, he responds promptly and is always extremely helpful. There has been times we have had quite demanding requests of him and he handles it swiftly, this includes needing reports same day as works and extremely long induction processes. Onsite, Jay completes his work to the highest standard and our clients are always happy with the end result. It is very evident Jay is extremely experienced in this field and when it comes to any CCTV works we need completed we never go further than 1CCTV.
