What can I say about 1CCTV Pty Ltd except Amazing, I contacted them approximately 3 weeks ago to help me with a job in the West Ryde Area. The help, service, and communication I received from Jay was second to none. I will definitely be using 1CCTV again if the need arises. I would recommend them to anyone.

We booked jay in for an extensive project with relatively short notice. He was able to assist us in closing out the project, going above and beyond in the amount of hours put into the project to close it out.

Jay is professional, extremely knowledgeable and a gentleman to deal with. He is able to overcome any obstacles put in his way by looking at all alternatives. He persevered where other would’ve given up. I never thought cctv of a sewer system could turn out to be so interesting and intricate. Jay is reliable, honest and hardworking and I would use his services hands down.

Excellent Service
Jay is always a pleasure to work with, he responds promptly and is always extremely helpful. There has been times we have had quite demanding requests of him and he handles it swiftly, this includes needing reports same day as works and extremely long induction processes. Onsite, Jay completes his work to the highest standard and our clients are always happy with the end result. It is very evident Jay is extremely experienced in this field and when it comes to any CCTV works we need completed we never go further than 1CCTV. Experienced, efficient and lovely to deal with
Jay recently completed 2 cctv surveys of a stormwater easement ( DA requirement). Every aspect of dealing with Jay was positive. The quotation was received within hours of my first call, Jay arrived to site at the agreed time and proceeded with the job without any fuss.
