CCTV Sewer Inspection

CCTV of a sewer pipeline will identify any defects in the installation of the pipes including debris, surface damage, cracks, leaks and pinched rings via a visual HD inspection. Pre inspections and post inspections are generally required when working near council, Sydney water, Hunter water, Shoalhaven water and other similar assets.

CCTV Storm Water Inspection

A stormwater CCTV is a remote visual inspection and video recording of the inside of a stormwater pipe to identify any defects such as cracks, holes, infiltration, pinched rings and other defects that would deem the pipeline to not comply with local regulations.

If your going to pull a hundred thousand dollar cable through a conduit, it will pay to make sure the conduit wont damage cable

MH Vacuum Testing

(Access Chambers) Identifies any leaks, mainly in sewer maintenance holes, access chambers or pits, Pre cast or cast in situ seeking to identify infiltration or leakage due to a bad casting, damage in handling or poor construction and installation.

Pipeline Vacuum Testing

We are using this technique to test new sewer mains. This procedure will immediately identify any leaks in a pipeline usually from a pinched ring, missing ring, cracked pipe, or hole in pipe using either vacuum or low air pressure tests as not to damage infrastructure.

Deflection Testing

Also known as ovality testing is a check for deformation or crushing due to bad manufacture, excessive or incorrect compaction.

Water Main Testing

Checks the structural integrity of water mains ductile iron PVC and others or high pressure sewer mains HDPE so leaks can be detected before handover. For example Sydney Water would require pressure testing and turbidity testing of newly constructed or altered water mains before chlorinating then linking with there existing assets.
